StarSoft’s end product comes from a these databases, that I mentioned. We have a fairly large database, several million records. But, what makes our database especially unique is the amount of information that we track for all individuals. Most companies allocate eleven tables for each contact - first name, last name, title, city, company, state, address, mail stop, email, phone and fax. We, on the other hand, have some records that have hundreds of tables. Some of the information that we collect, I wasn’t aware that anybody ever collected it. Pictures from thirty years ago, first wives name, dogs name from 1963, stuff like that. I guess it is useful, although I haven’t figured out how.
I am more than happy to work with any of our customers toward integrating their database of customers with the data that we download and develop each day. StarSoft takes a very proactive stance toward our relationship with customers. We don’t wait for them to come to us with questions, and instead, my job is to visit our customers with answers to questions - they may not have even asked yet.
